Your participation is requested by way of reviewing the proposed Rule Additions and Amendments and providing your comments thereon. The proposed Rule Additions and Amendments may be viewed through the hyperlinked texts provided below:

1. Amendments to Issuers’ Rules:

(a) Proposed Amendment to Rule 20.5(A): Rules Governing Transactions With Related Parties or Interested Persons.

2. Amendments to Dealing Members / Trading License Holders’ Rules:

(a) Proposed Amendment to Rule 10.3(a): Chief Compliance Officer;

(b) Proposed Cybersecurity Framework and Rules for Trading Licence Holders;

(c) Proposed Rules for Fixed Income Specialists on The Exchange.

1. Wednesday, 3 March 2021 for the Dealing Members / Trading Licence Holders Rule Amendments and Additions.
